Call it his Achilles’ heel, that fatal flaw was hardly any glitch…Seriously. She on the other hand, was the entire exposed heel; if you know what I mean. Medication was like a tumour to her. Constant costs, constant cramps, constant chaos. Her mind and her mum were at split ends; oh don’t get me started about her hair, because it’s a mess. Words can hardly describe what she does to the frills (or if she even bothers in the first place). Thus, with that alone, this was considered college life suicide.

The stigma really started to set in, and well, life just got a whole lot tougher. Self inflicted, you might say…Neh. She loved sleep, who doesn’t? It’s just that time was rarely on her side, so don’t mind the daily mad-hair-days.

Getting your own clique was really essential in school, it’s your safety net, your refuge, your life (in school), basically. It’s essentially that animal instinct, that herd mentality; stick close and it’s harder to break (either you or the other bloke). Well yeah, that’s what she did, but of course, not all cliques actually click.That nagging pain of being the isolated one didn’t just get at her; Mr X did get some flak, moral flak. He didn’t have his own clique either, but surviving by being nomadic proved better than brooding around the same boring crowd (apart from the occasional longing to settle down of course). That was when he decided. He went over and sat on that bare bench, the only table in the entire canteen during “peak-hour recess”, with only one person.

Part 2: (or so the saga continues :)...)

Mr X knew something was wrong with her; simple social dynamics like in the class room and she’s already hapless about it. Maybe he was slightly more observant and caring. Or maybe he just cared. Sometimes other girls think he’s trying to hit on them. Sometimes, they’re just obnoxious; just a little. Mr X too wasn’t too bright, but what he had was something no one else could imagine. That little X factor in him always never failed to show. Being blown away was a common feeling others had when they were around him. X never boasted; but he did get quite pumped up in hot air…Sometimes, sometimes. He thanks God for everything he has, maybe that’s what sets him apart. Perhaps, I would say.

Like mentioned earlier, school was the metaphorical battlefield for the both of them. Nonetheless, that’s how soldiers from all walks of life are forced to work together. That’s when she met him. Under all the artillery fire of homework and common tests, they both realised their synergistic ability; debate. Their constant crossfire would keep them ahead of the lagging class in G.P, no doubt about that. Indeed in showed in the common tests.

He did his prayers, his minute-or-so morning devotion. Sometimes at night he’d pray for his friends to be saved and healed. Sometimes he’d forget, but not because he didn’t care, he definitely did; but he just couldn’t hold his guts together. It would seem an infinite number of opportunities would have slipped past the slits in his tattered fate. Even so, the atheist friend of his…called it faith.

Started on my little story for the holidays....hope it's interesting :DDDD

Part 1:
Mr X and Ms Y were friends. A peculiar couple of people you could say. Their height difference was over half a metre; their weight difference was, well, about 40 kilos. This relationship of pals really can’t stand the pressure of a…pressure cooker. I guess time will tell.

Ms Y suffered from schizophrenia, she didn’t tell many people about it. It was a silent disease and battle she had being fighting since Primary 6. PSLE and the big “O” must have got to her I guess. When she entered Pre-U, things got a little out of hand; nothing really drastic in the eyes of a normal bloke, but Ms Y really had everything going against her; almost.

That was when Mr X crossed her path. He wasn’t the classic knight in shining armour or the suave stud that’ll sweep her off to safety. Sadly no, not every story has a beautiful end.

This one’s…a sad one.

I already anticipate missing the times we drama people were together. The times the ex J2s gave out pizza to welcome us....to the times we had to re-elect the exco, to the tons of sweat me and cyn got out for the 1.9k set that looks like SHIT. Thanks man. Thanks for sharing vodka when I was stressed :D

PHEW. Tough week. The weekend is really needed I tell you. R&R.

Mon.'s the final rehearsal and then that's it. Half an hour on tues. afternoon with prove whether Drama has been any good for the past 6 months.

Currently mathing and cheming... 3 tests ahead GP, Bio, Math.

Plus 1 wrist strain and a bloody carpet burn (as in literal blood). It's more of burnout than stressed out. Long hours are just draining.

E learning day starts in a few hours...Really, technology doesn't work with MOE. RI tried it for a week..And with experience, it seriously doesn't really help.

Being a mediator really stinks. The perks are that you have the chance to decide officially what happens...while the on-job dangers have either side up in arms. (at you of course) Human nature. Don't need no genius to figure that out, oh but I do wish I had superpowers. Not the ones on Heroes, not the ones no X-men/ Facebook. It's the powers of taking time to look. Yes, simply that. (not literally, obviously for you slow people)

Sometimes I really wish everyone would have thought bubbles in the comics and so nothing is hidden. All the true intentions, the misconstrued conceptions and ideas can be so clearly understood. Many klutz's around us barely grasp the dynamics of friendship.

Tomorrow symbolically represents the 3rd day of Jesus' crucifixion. Risen from the dead in third days. He has conquered death and thus because of that, the veil between us and God is torn, and we can now pray anytime anywhere! How great is that. Faith is something you believe has happened without seeing it with your own eyes. The reward is of course, being blessed that you know Christ is risen and so will you.

Anyway, besides all that, my bro has been having PR problems with the Hokkien Pings in camp. My mum is like nagging about how he must learn to reach out and not be so snobbish. XD My my, he's 2.5(365) days older, and he's my total opposite pole. 1 thing is he can't wait to down pes; was once thinking of breaking his own arm (hopefully he was just kidding.. really don't know :X) And I'm thinking of doing OCS and sign on for a degree sponsorship with 6 yr bond after XD...3 chocolate bars on the shoulder too. :P

Roar. Being tiger is going through a lifetime of blows. No not that sick sort of blows, but having a list of mini injuries whilst preparing for common test seriously stings. >.o

5 sprains
2 cramps (arm, not menstrual =.=)
3 carpet burns
OH and I think my spec. frame is almost busted >.<

....and I already am whining to myself....And "coincidentally" Kit Yee's been tahan-ing braces tightening... Join the group. :D The fatigue really drains everything out.

I'm thinking, wow, JEsus was superhuman, endure whipping thorny crown, carrying cross, nailed thrice...and still not die...o.o.

And about tahan-ing things, Gordon the wushu coach says I'm weak. I'm like hello, my frame doesn't exactly look beefy to you right? I mena I run la...but I don't pump metal...I could la, but aiya..not reaally needed wad.

This also means, wearing a leg brace plus Counterpain to get me fighting fit again within a week X.x

Anyway, I'm done purging the pain. :) Sounds weird but hey, it works. Learning steps is so tough (especially if you need to jump forward roll, flip, pounce, be dragged, be kicked, die.) It's some sort of drama I guess........ Anyway, back to mugging :) Good luck to everyone for CT.

Anyway. Leon and I had a good fight for the last kilo. Overtaking each other like a megalojigillion times. IN the end, he took 8th position. :D Er...my only excuse is...he's in Rowing okay?? I love Don Moen's song, (title's my blog title). Wilfred and some ex SC people started PJCCF or PJC Christian Fellowship and I went for the first time this morning. The waking up isn't too bad...15mins earlier than usual.

Really, making time to talk to God isn't that hard. I had a terrible bout of sinus AGAIN as usual, and I prayed, "Lord, will you take this illness away from me and heal me from my sinus". My prayer was not answered immediately, but that's 1 thing for me to keep praying about at least:D. YFC (Youth For Christ) came too, altogether more than 15 of us. Pretty good crowd I must say. What we are asking God to do is grant us a place IN school so that it's easier to reach out to our mates who haven't heard of Jesus.

Anyways, I kinda like wushu, it's smooth but astringent. Like me, like sus. :) He totally speaks my heart I tell you. Blatant yes, truthful yes^.^ I'm like the Oracle you know? I emailed the pres on fri/sat about what to do with the script and BAM I tell you!! HALF OF Everything I said came to past. WAY before desmond suggested them...I'm NOT a bragger ******er but HEY HEY I'm saying input is impt and i BET less than 5 ppl emailed pres. WHY? :)

Wow, the casting for 2008 PJC SYF is out....Drum roll...I get to be in the cast. Everyone else does too. I get the role of a speechless man caught having sex =.=" Seriously.

Years of experience (6 to be exact) and I get that. OH ya. I get to be a tiger too. A legendary one, in fact. Which also TALks :) PHEW. At least I get lines like " I am the legendary tiger" how profound is that? Wonderful.

STOP :) I'm not unhappy about the casting. I believe there are other more talented people. But the restrictions of the script are thus as such. Am I to be terribly humbled by this? I really don't know. Let others shine; that's what I'm extremely delighted to know about people being fervent drama enthusiasts. They better be I tell you.....:D

I guess it's God's plan that I should do this. YES, I am saying I am willing to work through with this, for whatever happens is controlled by the Him above. I thank him for this role... This chance to be alive and kicking, thank him that I can open my eyes and breathe the next day. I thank you Lord. :)

I can't get practice a piano piece I can't find on the net. I can't get it fluent by Valentine's. I know lots of other guys are doing this, I know those dudes wanted to do that for that roMANtic touch.

Ahh....4/7 "reunion drink" @ Kopitiam. Aaron, Guang Yong, Ben, Fir and me. Oh and the fashionably late Zhi Xiang and Jie Kai. WOAH I tell you, Zhi Xiang's coolness level just blew right past me :D I mean from nerd (SERIOUSLY) to COOL DUDE in like 2 months!!! Thing is, I thank God for healing me. Right on Sunday night I was researching on Cryogenics (thanks to the sexy Yanling -.-) I fell terribly ill...damn flu-ish. Then I thought oh toot! New Year's going to be screwed :X so I prayed. Prayed that I won't exactly be immobile by Wed. And on Wed.( today) I'm TOTALLY FINE :D!!!! Yes. Thank you Jesus. SHIE LE. o.<

25th December, a time to remember the birth of a king, the birth of my saviour.

AND Mark Cheng Choon Yong was supposed to meet me for church @ 940... We had Brazilian Dancers waiting for you okay?! :)

PHEW I tell you, Orchard was A MADHOUSE, but my church was in charge of crowd control @ Paragon area and honestly, WOOHOO helping out ensure Singapore knows more about Jesus in any way was great, even standing backstage for 10 hours "protecting the performers and VIPs from crazy mobs. :) Yes. That's an understatement.

1 of the fun things were getting to sit in the middle of Orchard road on plastic chairs. With the green light on and drinking Newater, we sat on the road and watched the time go by for the performance to start.

OOH YA I saw my cousin! :D She was helping out with the AV there. Used to be really close (+my bro too) but then something happened which should not be mentioned....happened. So well. Hi bye then.

I had guard duty by the stage and I got the best view too, I had the rear view of the stage (5 metres or less I guess). Every performers jiggly butt I saw.

Anyway, Amy Khor was there as the GOH and I liked her speech. Sounded like a pastor's sermon..wonder if she's christian :P. She waved to me before she left and oh my, she has 6 fingers per hand. Still a pretty lady either way la :)

Wow. A week in Vietnam really wakes you up. It's the start of winter there, and even in the capital city, Hanoi, poverty is really widespread. Stayed over at a 3 star hotel, and every thing was pretty posh I must admit. The staff were extremely committed and they had to sleep on the floors at night. :( I really prayed for lots of people there that Jesus would bless them and watch over them.

Anyway, since I've got 2 GB SD cards filled, and my % space used on this blogger thang is like 0.5% :D...I'd figure pictures should do the talking. SO HERE WE GOOOOoo. .ooo..o.oo.o..

THIS IS OPULENT living. YES. 5 stars to the max. NO I didn't stay...just ate there ^.^ French cuisine. Fabulous.

Took a big sampan ride at Ha Long Bay. COOL VIEW I tell you ^.^ ...many outcrops, hanging cliffs and all that geography :D. And by the way, the temperature there is roughly around 20C? Extremely fun, you get air conditioning in the midday plus that excellent tan :) Yummy.

Being reliable and trustworthy is tough to find in people nowadays. Worse still -.- Even if someone has it...It isn't appreciated. I just can't understand why :( Yes, being in a managerial post means you have been chosen by some mandate, but dang you mustn't stop there.

This week has been almost a terrible week. Almost. And just before anything then goes wrong, I sing "One Way" and "Tell the world that" unconsciously :D I KNOW it's so cooL! It really gets me reminded ..hmmm what would Jesus do? :)

It was Jethro's birthday yesterday. SO COOOL LA...His hood is majorly glam, ostentatious, blabla...Every person that walks in/out either has the latest clothing, jaguars, mercs, gold.....:( And what was I wearing to his sweet sixteen? Lees' Jeans and a tee that read "Action Group for the Mentally Ill" :D Our church endorsed that group to help those people out okay!? The shirt had cool print, but the text wasn't glam for sure :) BBQ either way was uber fun ^_^ and Jet got cool gifts...guys only thing XD

Oh YA, there was this Men's and Women's Conference, Ralph and Linda Parker were the main speakers. REALLY anointed two. God bless them so.

HAIzx. The new timetable is shit. I get 4 hours of PW straight..then that's it for the day. -.- AND we have math tutorial right before math lecture...HOW INTELLIGENT.

Anyway, this week, I've been finding things..from lost T shirts to 80GB portable hard disks :D and thumbdrives. YES all found-ed. Duh I gave them to the G.O, duh I knew I would cry if it were me who lost it :) Yes....PJ STUDENTS are great bunch. Really. the teachers are in a world of their own though...$.$. ya. that's it i guess, not much love for teaching/students ever. NEver :)

Yes, my new haircut's growing out fine...except for this little turf at the front...a bit weird....but well it's just hair, it'll get mowed right off once again in a couple o' months time. :)

And like that night, I was staring out of my window, looking at the night sky (eheh..sounds so so sad huh), hoping for some sort of inspiration and then....I didn't get it.

I saw a cab go WHHEEEEEEE........(not in the happy "wee" but the squealish "wee"), then TA DA. An accident. No injuries whatsoever, but the scene was definitely squishy; Metallic squish. Yes. I know being Kaypoh and stuff at midnight is so weird...but well, at least it kept me occupied for an hour or so. No one was hurt at all. Phew. The yellow thing's right side was totally trashed and well....squished.

But the drama that entailed was surprising. Drivers clambered out not to check if each other was fine, but whipped out handphones to take pictures as evidence...Was thinking ," HEY ASK ME! I've got an aerial view!!" LOLZ much.

Anyway, right now it's day time and I've got laundry to do ^.^......Room Service!
